Welcome to Choir With Anola!
Real-world strategies, high-energy games, and teacher-tested resources for the modern music classroom.
Whether you’re stepping up to the podium for your first year or your twenty-first, teaching music in middle and high school is an incredible adventure, and let's be honest, it comes with its fair share of daily hurdles.
Here at Choir With Anola, my mission is simple: to help you stop stressing over engagement and start enjoying making music with your students.
While everything here is designed with the middle and high school chorus teacher in mind, instrumental and general music teachers will find plenty of practical, no-prep tools to transform their own rehearsal spaces, too!

Meet Anola
Hi, I’m Anola! After 20+ years in the middle school choir room, I know exactly what it’s like to face a room full of singers who are excited and also a group of students who would rather do anything than sing through a warm-up. Sometimes they're in the same room!
Everything I share, from my classroom resources and workshops to my weekly newsletter, is teacher-tested and student-loved. I’m not here to add more work to your overflowing plate. I’m here to give you practical ideas you can take straight into your next rehearsal.
"You don’t have to have the perfect choir. You just need to know how to work with the choir you have."
